Carol, Office Manager
Says Carol, "We have an opportunity to provide the highest level of care to the patients in our community and beyond. My favorite aspect of my job is to see the transformations made in our patients' smiles and know you had a part in changing someone's life." Carol is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers, and she uses this network to share resources and ideas to keep the practice on the leading edge of patient satisfaction. When she's not working, Carol is with her husband of 33 years and her American Eskimo dog. She and her husband love golfing, playing tennis and traveling to see their son in Las Vegas. |
Liz, Administrator
Liz loves working at Cooley-Bentz and working with patients of all ages. She is a native of Virginia and graduated from Radford University in Radford, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management. |
Laura, Administrator
Laura lives in East Norriton with her "handsome, sweet hubby," Brian and their two dogs, Rusty and Ginger. |
Mary Louise, Administrator
She became interested in dentistry while in high school, when she trained with an orthodontist and then a general dentist. She enjoys working with the many different patients of Cooley-Bentz Dental, and considers our patients an extension of her family. Mary Louise has taken many advanced courses in the field, including Dental Radiology at Temple University and many continuing education courses. She loves working with her hands, and enjoys knitting, quilting, all handwork, as well as baking and gardening. Mary Louise has a daughter and a son, and has been blessed with three granddaughters. two grandsons and one great-grandson. |
Dineen, Marketing
Dineen graduated from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and Psychology. Since then she has moved back to Pennsylvania and lives with her family in the Chester County area, where she loves to stay active and be outdoors. |
Diane has 17 years experience as a Dental Hygienist and has been with Cooley-Bentz Dental Associates since 1996. She loves her profession and all things related to health and wellness. She comes from a "dental family" with a dentist brother-in-law and father-in-law.
She is a member of the ADHA, PDHA and the Montgomery Bucks County Hygiene Board serving as the PR liason of Community Dentistry. Diane will soon be inducted as the Vice President of the Hygiene Board. She donates her time to community events like "Sealant Saturdays" to help area kids protect their teeth. Diane loves working with Dr Cooley-Bentz and enjoys her commitment to patients, as well as her great communication skills and warm, personal style.
Megan joined the Cooley-Bentz staff in 2010. She is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College where she served as President of her dental hygiene class. Megan is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association and volunteers at a local dental clinic.
Megan spends her spare time scrapbooking, dancing and spending time with family and friends.
Megan loves working at Cooley-Bentz Dental Associates because "the staff is so passionate about what they do and they care about their patients like they are family".
Tammy has been a dental assistant for 30 years. She has had the opportunity to work in many states because of her husband’s career at times relocating them. The best part has been working for a diverse variety of dentists gaining valuable knowledge along the way. She definitely could tell Dr Sara was one of the best as soon as she started working here.
Tammy enjoys relaxing with a good book or hiking with her husband in her free time.
With 18 years experience in the industry Tabitha joined Dr. Bentz in 2004, eager to work with a team that delivers optimum care through advanced dentistry.
Tabitha is a lifelong learner who is committed to mastering new techniques and technologies. Her list of professional advanced certifications is impressive, and includes coursework with the Las Vegas Institute and the Institute for Natural Dentistry Services. She also has taken numerous courses in Dental Assisting for innovative procedures including Teeth-in-a-Day and Teeth-in-an-Hour and Guided Surgery for Implants.
Tabitha is a National Board Certified Dental Assistant and is CDR/AED Certified.
A graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School, Western Montgomery County Vocational-Technical School, Tabitha has been married for 18 years to husband Joe. She has a beautiful 9-year-old daughter, Hailey Rose.
Tabitha loves gardening, cooking, baking and volunteering in the local community. She also enjoys sports and any kind of outdoor activity. Most of all, she loves spending time with her family every day.
Jamie has been a Dental Assistant for 15 years and has worked at Cooley-Bentz Dental since 2007. She graduated from the EFDA Program from Manor Junior College and has an Associate's Degree in Science, with a focus on Allied Health. Jamie also has special training and has advanced education in implant dentistry. A former clinical instructor, she is also phlebotomy certified.
Says Jamie, "I love working with people and being a part of a team restoring people's smiles and confidence."
Jamie and her husband have two daughters, who keep them active and busy.
Kristine has 25 years experience in the dental field and has been with Cooley-Bentz Dental since 2005. She has taken numerous continuing education courses to master the state-of-the-art technology here at Cooley-Bentz, including i-CAT, the on-site 3D digital imaging CT scan which is the most advanced technology for treatment planning for implants, crowns and other restorations.
"What I like most about my job is seeing patients' reactions to their dental work, whether it's just a simple filling or a complete dental rehab," Kristine says. "To know that I made a difference in someone's smile, makes me feel good."
Kristine enjoys working with Dr. Cooley-Bentz because of the great pride that the doctor has in her work, and her dedication to patients.
When she isn't working, Kristine enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She has been married for 14 years.
John has 34 years experience in the dental lab industry, and has extensive training in working with high-quality composites, resins and other materials necessary to create extraordinary restorations. His training includes work with the Pankey Institute as well as studies with prominent perio prosthodontists Dr. Don Trachtenberg and Dr. Seckinger.
A master ceramist, John completed the Nobel Biocare Procera Scanning advanced training in 1998, when the technology was first introduced. He has taken numerous courses over the past decade to stay along the leading edge of dentistry, and to be among the first to work with the most advanced materials and technologies for craftsmanship of exquisite, natural-looking restorations.
A United States military veteran, John served in the Air Force, from 1976 to 1982.
