Cooley-Bentz Dental Associates strives to provide convenient financial options for your care. For your convenience, payment may be made with cash, as well as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

We are happy to work with you to identify reimbursement amounts for covered services, as appropriate. Our staff can help clarify insurance coverage and can offer alternatives when coverage is unavailable. Currently we only participate in one dental health plan, MetLife, however you may be eligible for reimbursement from your carrier when paying directly.

We also accept CareCredit, a convenient and economical way to finance dental care, as well as other health care needs. Please contact our office for more information regarding CareCredit plans and options.
